For the past few weeks I’ve been blogging here about various successful female internet marketers who offer programs that teach people how to be more successful at their online ventures. Lisa Suttora is another great example of turning your computer into an income generating machine and this week I’ve been investigating Lisa’s online presence and her program WhatDoISell.
This program teaches people how to go about creating a successful online store. There are SO many wholesalers out there. Where do you start? Do you jump on the bandwagon for something that’s selling like hotcakes or get in early on a fresh niche before it explodes and rains money down on you? How do you find great wholesalers to deal with? How much do you invest in your business and how much earning potential is there? How do you handle marketing and bookkeeping? There’s so much to learn and those who want to make a small investment in their future can find programs that will teach them. Some people build a store on a whim and wait for the money to roll in. Successful people strategize and manage their online store like a business.
E-commerce is exciting. It’s growing at a phenomenal rate despite the bad economy but that doesn’t mean people should just jump in without doing research. Those who are lifelong learners tend to be not only the most successful in life but they tend to be happier people as well.
That’s something I love about what I do— the homework aspect. It’s important to delve into your subject and learn as much as you can about it. It’s also vital to learn how to be strategic so you can get traffic and then convert that traffic into a customer. Learning from the pros could definitely help you hit the ground running.

My name is Matthew Bredel and as of March, 2007, I am a full-time, work-at-home internet marketer.
For close to 10 years, I worked for a defense company as an electrical engineer until one day I had the I found a $50 eBook and began my internet marketing career... sort of! The first few months I lost my shirt! I did everything wrong and really tried to re-invent the internet marketing wheel. Big mistake!
