…you in, that is! If you are a subscriber to my newsletter or are quite aware of what is going on in the internet marketing world, you are probably seeing the words “StomperNet”, “StomperBlog”, “Going Natural”, “Andy Jenkins” and “Brad Fallon” everywhere you turn right about now. Back in October when I initially joined Stompernet, this “sucking” effect or vortex into the realm of Stomper City was quite large. Did you know that the first StomperNet sold out within hours? I missed it, and frankly, when my name came up for round two, you could not image how fast I was to give them my credit card details for the whopping $750/month membership.
What is wrong with me? Or anyone who got “sucked into” Stompernet? Well, you gather a group of some of the top internet marketing minds in the world and what you get are people throwing money at you (and in some cases, not even knowing what they are buying). It was this craziness that actually drove me to buy into Stompernet! If they could create such a strong product launch, they could probably teach it as well.
Now this blog is not about my experience in Stompernet (if you want to know about my Stompernet experience, Go to my StomperNet Review at TheWebReviewer.com), it is about product launches and sucking the customer in! Now keep in mind, though, that there are some needs and requirements to make a launch so successful:
1) Reputation - Have you proven yourself as an authority in the field?
2) Joint Ventures and Partners - Who is going to support you in your launch and how are they going to be rewarded? Developing affiliate partners from the start can be rather lucrative! Being distributed on a respectable (and large!) email list can bring in extremely solid and profitable traffic.
3) Free Samples - Brad Fallon and Andy Jenkins provided some very high quality information for FREE with their “Going Natural Videos” (you can still watch these, by the way! Click Here).
4) Deliver - At the beginning, proving your product is good is tough, but in the future, if you really want to leverage off of proven track record.
5) Sense of Urgency - Buy now or miss the boat!
And this gets us back to where we are with StomperNet. Stompernet has proven to me that it works. Over the last 6 months it has grown and it has delivered the education, resources and mentoring that I expected (especially for the price I pay!). Now round 2 is upon us and the launch is bigger than ever! More qualified partners and supporters (like myself) who recommend the program. Bigger and better free trials (for those who sign up). Bigger guarantees! More content than ever. And of course, the sense of urgency. But unlike most products, this program does in fact close and there are literally fights to get those last few seats.
I hate to admit it, but I love this stuff! The excitement is great. I am proud to be a supporter of the product and I have been spending an enorous amount of time focusing on how they are performing this launch to prepare myself for my own launch of NetWebVideo, coming soon!
And remember, I still think that the most important lesson here is: A launch is only as good as its product…if you release a poor product, you will ultimately find yourself blowing (not “sucking”).

Don't Buy Another Money Making Product Until You Watch These FREE Videos! |

My name is Matthew Bredel and as of March, 2007, I am a full-time, work-at-home internet marketer.
For close to 10 years, I worked for a defense company which was an OK job, but I was so uninspired in life and frankly, I needed some more money. That is when I first discovered internet marketing! Now I admit that I didn't start making thousands in my first couple of months (in fact, I lost my shirt!), but I finally saw the "internet light"...

I was a member of Stompernet for several months.I think Stompernet is one of the best programs around. The price is a little out of my range at the moment.Where else can you find a team of people I repeat Team that are doing what you want to do right now teaching you how to do it. They and there members are on the first page everywhere.Calls some twice a week to answer all your questions some lasting one- two hours. Stompernet is a whos who of internet marketers I am willing to bet that most of the gurus that sell programs are also members. The downside is there is a lot of information to swallow if that is a down side and and like most of us I have a small problem staying completely focused. But I am sure if you follow the program to the letter the $800 a month will be a drop in the bucket of all the money you will make. I should add that the discounts you get with Stomper on stuff you will need to buy anyway for your business is several thousands dollar of savings. You must be thinking if I think Stompernet is so good then why am I not still a member and why an I not rich. Though I did make some money with Stomper in just a few month I didn’t make as much as I wanted. I know I should have stayed any way. I also had a newborn Aliyah that is 6 months now so I could not give it my full attention. < CONTENT REMOVED BY MODERATOR >

I agree I believe Stompernet is a great value for the money. I joined Stompernet for 1 month, and decided I needed to leave because I need to direct my funding into the redesign of my new site.
So at the end of 30 days, reluctantly, I requested to cancel my account, it took additional week to get to my cancellation, hey that’s fine with me, I got a bonus week, and wasn’t charged for it. Thanks!
When I sent a email to customer service, I requested that I DID NOT want my money back, but for some reason, not taking time to read my email, or whatever, all they did is send me a RMA to send back the home study course.
See when I joined, it turned out I was one of the very first to get in and I qualified for the early sign up bonus. All they wanted to do was to wait until the 30 day Money Back Guarantee was over before its shipped. Thus the reason I didn’t ask for my money back, and truly didn’t want my money back because the things I learned and materials I received where of great value.
So I have since sent several emails trying to explain that I do not want a refund, I just wanted to bonus material.
To date, July 26, 2008 I have not had a response back from Stompernet.
Which as highly as I rate them, and still do, they haven’t bothered to get back to me or even acknowledge my existence, in that area, its is very disappointing. Basically I played by the rules and have been ignored.
Hope fully its only been a over site on their part.

Roy, I do not think their failure to resolve your issue with them was an oversight.
I recently ordered several of their products with the most recent promotion they had. I decided to get the Stse2 with The Net Effect+video and the Mini-Course, Mega Pack and The Internet Business Brain Transplant Home study course.
When I failed to get confirmation on the Home study course I attempted to contact them to resolve the issue. They made a point to give their phone number in Atlanta, Ga. on their advertisement video, and said that any issue related to your order could be easily resolved by calling that number. And of course, if you wanted to cancel your prescription to the journal you could do so at that number. When you call however, you get only a recording and its says that the mail box is full and so you can not even leave a message.
I sent many emails but the only response I received was an effort to sell me more product. They say they are White Hat marketers but this kind of practice screams BLACK HAT to me. What do the rest of you think??
I can`t find anyone saying anything bad about Stompernet so it is my hope that the training packs I ordered will be good. But even if they blow me away, I will be left with a bad aftertaste in my mouth from this experience.
Of course if I make a million dollars from what I learn, maybe I can buy some really expensive breath mints. LOL.

Mark,
I had the same experience. I purchased StomperNet2.0 plus the Brainless Business Transplant for $150. I purchased on 9/7 and still have not received the products.
I called the same number as you .. with a message simply tellng me the is “No one available to answer your call . Goodbye!”.
I have sent .. oh .. roughly 6 or so emails asking for help.
All the replies are idential , form responses.
I cannot get anyone to communicate with me! This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
So, I disputed the charges on my card today. The good news .. I get my money back .. the bad news VISA cancelled this business card and re-issued another one. So, I need to re-establish all of my re-occuring business charges etc etc ..
By the way StomperNet has an Unsatistifactory Rating with The BBB.
I see many emails about StomperNet being a scam.. personally I do not know.. but if it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck … well, you get the point.
My advice. Stay away.

I placed my order on Sept 4 and after about 10 days, started to make attempts to contact them a status on the materials purchased. After 9 emails and calling their phone number (which instructs you to email them for support) I finally got an email with a confirmation number.
Although I paid on Sept 4th, the tracking data shows it was scanned by UPS on the 17th. I hope this is not an indicator of what to expect. Luckily I used on of my credit cards that I do not use very much, so
having the card sut down will not be much of an issue if I have any more issues and lack of communication.

Just to update those that are checking these comments. I continue to email and call STompersucksnetdodo…… Oops did I do a typo??? I find it unbelievable that a company this size and with the rep they have to handle their customers with such disregard.
To date the only responses I have received have been canned or autoresponder type emails. It is clear no one has read my emails. When I placed my order I received emails confirming the order but nothing to indicate when I might receive the order. Also, as mentioned in another post, there was one item that never was confirmed. All attempts to speak with someone have failed.
I also checked them out on BBB site and found they had an unsatisfactory rating due to unresolved billing complaints.
Anyone thinking of ordering from this company I strongly advise you reconsider. If they were really so great at marketing then they wouldn`t need to hide from their customers. Just a thought…

I placed my order on September 5th. I thought it was odd that their whole site went down and they had to send a mail out a few days later telling everyone it was back up & ready for business. Anyhow, as i heard it was such a great program, I went ahead placed my order. After around 2 weeks I mailed them asking them where my package was, no answer. I mailed them again & got a reply saying my order was shipped on the 13th of Sept, it is now the 1st of October & still no sign. I have since mailed them again but have received no reply. I’m going to cancel tomorrow & contact my credit card company to ensure that theres no way these bozos can take money out. In all the years i’ve been on the net i’ve never seen such a shoddy service. I wish id never heard of stompernet!!!!

Understand that these StomperNet offers have MASSIVE volume and to create the offers that they do may result in some hiccups. But from my working with them as both an affiliate and a member for close to 2 years now, they are NOT in the business of trying to screw you over. They have always been extremely professional with me (as both a customer and a promoter) and they wouldn’t be the success they are today if they did not follow through on their promises.
If you are having customer service issues (or wanting to know what is going on), I have created a “customer service” update and details at:
http://www.thewebreviewer.com/stse2-review.htm
I am sorry to hear about the frustrations of some of you (and in an industry like this one, there is always skepticism about things like this). I hope the link above solves some of your questions and I really do think you will not be disappointed in what they have to offer. cheers…matt

STOMPERNET SUCKS for real
I too ordered STSE 2 - and now 2 months on NOTHING.
Emails given blanket response, telephone not answered
Worse still I promoted this to a lot of people ( not as an affiliate) who are now angry at me!!
As far as I am concerned, time to allege wire fraud. Gary Halbert was jailed for failing to supply stuff ordered, and now Stomper has crossed the line of clearly no longer caring whether people get goods ordered , so long as they have the money
They deserve the same fate.
October 2nd, 2008 at 10:10 am
Hopeless….as a last resort…I am posting a comment here…which is, as far as I know, not a stompernet page….desperation at it’s finest.
The Stompernet reputation is great.
The product looks and sounds great.
I ordered. Three weeks later, no confirmation emails sent and no product.
Over TWENTY emails sent, begging for a human to contact me…their response; over twenty of the exact same auto generated email….their customer support is possibly in the top 5 worst of all companies that I have ever dealt with online…
Sad….I wanted to be their biggest loyal customer for life…
Waiting…

I am in the same boat - ordered 15th September. Received nothing. I do have a receipt - but no product. I have emailed and tried to find other contact details - no go.
If anyone gets any contact details it would be good to post them here.
On the email I have received is this:
“To easily manage your account, please call 404-348-4382.”
November 2nd, 2008 at 11:50 am
I worked for a company associated with Brad Fallon and they will say anything to get you pay them some money. Even when people couldn’t pay they would convince them to sign a contract and then deliver a crappy product that they out sourced. “Once we get them locked into a contract then we can start billing them.” a common phrase heard. It was clearly about the money and not about providing a quality service. I would steer clear of anything associated with Brad Fallon he might know a little bit of what he is talking about but as an employee and seeing the business ethics that run their businesses meeting him personally. It’s was a gimmee what I want from you relationship… see ya… (at least that’s how it was with me.) It was degrading as an employee watching us take this poor ladies money and convincing here that we were going to help here when she was already in debt and the product we provided her didn’t even work right I was ashamed to be apart of such a thing.
Watch out guys…
December 5th, 2008 at 5:43 am
Same with me on most post, almost verbatim. I will see to it that this is spread far and wide.
January 16th, 2009 at 12:38 pm
Yup, Brad Fallon promoted Pipeline Profits to me, which I bought. 2K
The two creeps behind PP, Brock Felt and Buck Rizvi, are two
birds of the same feather as Brad. Put Frank Kerns in there too. He’s
the big promo man behind these high priced products and programs.
I can’t stand these guys and opt out of anyone’s list that tries to
promote anything connected to any of these crooks.
January 19th, 2009 at 3:28 pm
There was a slight shipping problem with my order (they sent to my billing rather than mailing address). But I got my issue quickly resolved at StomperNet Support.
April 7th, 2009 at 10:16 am
You should never buy any Internet marketign stuff that someone else is promoting…they are promoting it for one reason, they are making money off you…they don’t care if the products or services are useless. When it comes to Stompernet, they are the worst of the bunch because the prices are so high that everyone wants a piece of the action.
All Stompernet cares about is getting customer to sighn up for product after product, epecially emberships with recurring billing. Once you click sign up, good luck ever getting any kind of customer support - the only thing they care about is slapping the next charge on your credit card.
April 30th, 2009 at 4:28 am
I totally disagree with most of what you write here.
Yes, people do make money from promoting these types of products (including myself), but this is nothing more than general marketing (something we all see everywhere you look). The reason these products are so successful is that the creators are good marketers and know how to create products and keep promoters (like myself happy).
Personally, for me to promote a product requires that I think the product is good. It does not serve me (or the product producer) any good to “scam” anyone into buying a product that is not good. I rely heavily on the relationship I have with my visitors and my success is mostly attributed to my decisions on what I promote. (It was reviewing and recommending products that were garbage, no one would listen to me again…some people do that…I don’t.)
As for the customer service issues, again, I disagree. Stompernet did have their issues when STSE2 first came out, but they did resolve it. If you cannot find a customer service number or help desk for a product that I have promoted, please contact me and I am sure I can lead you in the right path. (Again, for them not to respond to a cancellation is not in their best interest…especially since you can simply request a charge-back which is bad for everyone).
I admit, you have to be cautious online on what you buy and who is selling it, but there are ways of protecting yourself….hmmm…that sounds like a good idea for a blog post…I’ll save it for next week! cheers…matt

I agree, stompernet does suck.
I paid for a monthly membership that was supposed to include dvds as a bonus, and they were never sent. I asked for them twice, and they were still never sent. I did hear back from them… just lame excuses, and not the material I was promised. (They did not dispute that I was supposed to receive the material, just that they were behind and it would be on the way.) That was a long time ago. So I was a stompernet member for awhile, but I didn’t receive what I was told I was getting for quite a bit of money spent.
May 20th, 2009 at 3:46 pm
Anything that costs that muh money per month is a con.
If you are a sucker to pay for it, then don’t deserve to have any money.
I reckon that 99% of the education in the IM field is bullshit - or at the most simply base information.
The real trick is to come up with the smart questions and see if these gurus will give you the smart answers. Best way to test that they did is if you make thousands and thousands what they taught you wasn’t bs.

I don’t agree with Rudy, here. I make a living with internet marketing and it was first understanding the basics of internet marketing that got me started and programs (like Stompernet) that filled in many of the details and specific answers that I needed to make it into a full career. I agree that many of the “ebooks” are rather limited in what they teach and most have the same information, but some of the premium sites (like Stompernet) does take this information to another level. cheers…matt

I’m trying to become a former Stomper, but can’t get through to customer service to actually cancel.
Here are my latest issues with StomperNet:
First, I contacted Dusty last week about having received the Home Study Course, after I had ordered the SMARTS course on DVD. He assured me he’d get back to me in a couple of hours. It’s been a week.
Second, the support line doesn’t get answered, and the voice mailbox is full, so I can’t get help.
Third, I can’t figure out how to access anything on the “New portal”. For all the user interface and customer presentation training StomperNet brags about, disconnecting paying customers, overhauling (and complicating) the interface to where customers can’t find anything, including access to their own accounts, and disconnecting support are mind-boggling. I’d like to cancel my subscription, but can’t find a way to do so.

Affiliate Marketing is a performance based sales technique used by companies to expand their reach into the internet at low costs. This commission based program allows affiliate marketers to place ads on their websites or other advertising efforts such as email distribution in exchange for payment of a small commission when a sale results….

Stompernet is a scam, I joined 2 months ago and they have not delivered even half of what was promised.
The incubator program is a joke and the masterminds are a waste of time. I got stuck with a mastermind leader (the person who is supposed to give you direction) who didn’t seem to have a clue about internet marketing and spent most of the sessions asking US for direction.
Members are told *AFTER* they join that they have to pay extra for the most recent content which means ordinary members paying $200 per month are left with all the out of date content.
Also, even though none of the $20,000 worth of bonuses were delivered they still passed members emails and even phone numbers on to dozens of other marketers so that they could spam and call us trying to sell us their crap.

I had a friend who went to one of their conferences and then gave me the dvds to watch. Major BS!!!!! We were laughing most of the time at the stupid stuff they were lecturing and the low level of presentation. They probably make money but not from the stuff they preach but from the fees they collect from the desperate for easy money people. Also later on I had a client who was supposed to get some super profitable scheme implemented by them. These guys are jokers.
