Hey Mike,

Your question is a big one! First, I do not know if John talks about it (but I will let you know when I get my own package in the mail). For this specific video, I use a Panasonic miniDV camcorder and route it to my computer with Firewire. For the mic, (I use different mic's all of the time) I use a pretty good condenser microphone from Audio-Technica. The sound is routed through a USB converter (Edirol UA-25), I capture the video using Mike Stewart's Video Capture Wizard and finally produce it with Sony Vegas Studio. I know, a lot of stuff, some of it a little pricy...but I do have lower priced solutions and set-ups, too. (Hmmm...sounds like a good idea for a post...in fact, I am starting to record videos for NetWebVideo on just this topic, too...stay tuned!)...cheers...matt

Thank you, Matt, for the reassurance that I did the right thing in purchasing this product. Because the process is still new for me, I am not always sure who I can trust in this promotional world. After reviewing your video I am anxiously awaiting my copy of the program to arrive in the mail...
